Rinley Recruiting was founded to address the recruiting needs of title insurance professionals and companies. We provide services to some of the most well-respected title agencies throughout the United States in roles ranging from escrow assistant to counsel to c-suite executives. At Rinley, you work closely with a recruiter with extensive industry experience and insights.
Pat Bayne, the principal of Rinley, brings over 30 years of experience working in both title agency and direct operations. For the past three years, Pat specialized in recruiting for title professionals and she currently holds a Maryland title producer’s license. With a master’s in social work, Pat combines industry expertise with exceptional people skills to effectively match high-quality candidates with the right positions.

A native of Maryland, Pat shares her home with three adopted pets – two dogs and a cat. They bring joy and the dogs are the inspiration for our company name. In her free time, Pat serves as president of a non-profit organization that provides non-hospice services to men undergoing cancer treatments. Rinley donates five percent of its fees to the Kenneth and Patricia Bayne Foundation.
